Besides salad, is there anything Vegan at Olive Garden or IHOP? Or anything that could easily be made Vegan?!

Question: Besides salad, is there anything Vegan at Olive Garden or IHOP? Or anything that could easily be made Vegan?
Answers:

It's been a couple of years since I have been to Olive Garden. However, they used to have whole wheat pasta and tomato sauce. When I would go, I would ask for the children's portion as it was much smaller and cheaper. I would only go dinners with friends or diners with parishioners with my husband or even with family as it's someplace where we could all get something. However, I think that meal is expensive, and would not go there just for that. (I can get good whole wheat pasta at Trader Joe's for $1.30 or almost as good whole wheat pasta at WalMart for $1 and we get the Meijer grocery store sauce when it's on sale 11 jars for $10 and mix it with canned tomatoes which we also get on sale for less than $1 a can.) They also have a vegetable soup as well.

As for IHOP, the last times I have been there the menu looked atrocious with the white pancakes, sugary toppings, etc. They used to have a bean chili but that was taken off the menu. I would only go there if I was with others and would just settle for a snack, assuming they have a baked potato. Go to the restaurant sites and check out the menus.

Maybe they'd make you some pasta with olive oil and vegies if you asked. As for IHOP...yuck...fruit cup?

eggplant

Their bruschetta maybe or their breadsticks with a sauce (I'm not positive so you'll have to check)
