Whey protein is always a good supp choice in conjunction with any others. If you are working weighs hard -3 x a week or more, take in 1 gm protein per lb of lean body weight per day.... Whey makes this practical. and possible. With Animal Cuts, watch your carb intake and by all means avoid simple carbs in favor of complex!!! With protein supplementation I recommended, drink huge (1 gal/ day) amts of water or risk the constipation of your life!!!
