It's best to eat Almonds with the skin on. The skin contains fiber and omega 3s your body needs. Almonds are also good for your health, skin and eyes as well as they aid as a good snack to prevent over eating.

Soak 4 or % Almonds an pure before you go to bed ( with the Skin of Almonds please).

In the morning the first thing is drink those 4 ounces of water and then eat the soaked almonds .Daily do this.This is enough for a normal person.
