Being healthy or unhealthy is not just based on a couple of meals. Healthy is a lifestyle choice. Look at the big picture. Are you generally eating right and keeping active and getting enough sleep? It sounds like you have a good idea what eating right means, but the short answer is to stay away from fast foods (like McDonald's) as much as possible, drink plenty of water each day, and eat mostly fruits and vegetables (supplemented with whole grain breads & lean meats).
The fish you're eating has omega 3 fatty acids that will actually reduce your cholesterol. Do try to stay away from the grease and butters and all that, but you don't need to be a stressball about it. Again, look at the big picture. If your norm is healthy, a once-a-week diversion won't hurt. If your norm is the oil, and fatty meat, and over-processed carbs and breads, then you're not getting the vitamin and minerals you need, nor the right type of energy to keep you feeling healthy (you might look into taking a mulit-vitamin). Your quantity of food should match your activity level (see the link below for a calorie calculator that can tell you how much your intake should be).
If you're in cheerleading, that's great! You're probably pretty active, which is a great habit to be starting young. Stay active, get out of the house and run around. Make a habit of it. Also, don't cheat yourself out of sleep. Teens need 10 hours of sleep a night to stay healthy and well (although most are getting far less).
As for the bigger breasts, rather than building them from fat, there are exercises you can do at home (namely pushups) or in a gym (bench press, incline press, butterfly) that will help build muscle below the tissue that may make them look larger. Also, improving your posture will help (though regardless of what you hear, not all guys like big breasts).

Well, Leah, you're right to freak out at these terrible, terrible meals you're eating. Just because you're 90lbs doesn't mean you're going to be healthy by eating these really unhealthy meals. Weight gain will happen as you age, don't worry. But if you want to gain weight, you can do so by overeating HEALTHY foods. Yes, you CAN overeat healthy foods and gain weight.

At 13, you're much too young to deprive your body of nutritious foods. As with other answers, please consult your doctor. Don't just "wing it on your own!. Get good advice and have your physician guide you. A female one can definitely understand what you're going through. Good luck.
this is the vegetarian section also if ur boobs havent grown yet dont gain like 20pounds since no matter how much weight u gain it wont be going to ur boobs it will go to ur but sorry haha
Believe it or not, at your age, alot of girls are skinny. Sometimes it is to do with your genes, other times there are other factors. For example, was your mum really skinny at your age (or Dad for that matter?)
You are right about not wanting to do your body and damage. Sometimes, fatty foods is not the way to go. There are other high energy foods that are good for you. A few ideas or nuts or avocado. Try having a few nuts each day. I for one, have 12 almonds, 8 cashews, 6 dried strawberries, 5 dried pineapple bits and 2 dried apricots, with a piece of chocolate and a jelly bean.
You can have some ice cream for dessert sometimes as well as an extra way to pack in the calories.
Also, if you are seriously underweight that you can be prescribed things by a doctor. For example, Foritsip is a drink (200mls) that is high in energy and has just about every vitamin on the planet. Each drink contains 1200 kjs, and doesn't feel like you are overeating.
Most importantly though, don't stress. You are only 13 and may not have fully reached puberty yet. You can't MAKE your boobs bigger!
