*-U can eat all food that is fried & rich !
ALso food containing sugar like sweetmeats &
chocolates !
Potatoes & bananas also should be included into
ur diet !!~?
Eat butter cookies,chocolate biscuits as much as you can,If you don't gain 5kgs in a month ,then come and kill me.Don't eat any orchard fruits they reduces weight.Intake carbohydrate added fruits like banana,jack fruit,etc.
Too much of anything is good for nothing...
So dont eat anything too much. Eat a correct quantity of butter. cheese, ghee and nuts. Drink fresh juice and eat lots of fruits. But see to that you dont get cholestrol eating too much of ghee or butter.
Eat mushroom,milk,paneer,pulses etc. These all r protein rich food. Eat only protein rich f?od because it forms muscles but don't eat fat. Join jim and do some exercise. Running and swimming r the best exercise
Plenty of nuts and cheese and pulses , and do more strength exercises (weights ) in small doses.
Ask at your local gym for weight gaining muscle exercises.
Lots of pasta does it for me but if you are naturally slim I doubt if it will make much difference.
Doing some toning exercises every day will at least make your slim body look better.
You've answered your own question - you're veggie.
Veggie food contains little protein so you need to eat much more or take supplements to met you daily requirements.
