How do you make the best mock chicken?!

Question: How do you make the best mock chicken?

I want to make sweet and sour chicken from wheat gluten. I've tried to make mock meat before they they've all been not so great. They were dense and not delicious looking. Give me some tips on how to make them chewy restaurant style (ish)

Navarra - Quorn is not vegan - it is made with egg albumen

Use Quorn 'chicken' its made from a type of mushroom but it's chicken style , it's the best 'chicken like ' substitute I know.

Ewww that sounds gross but.... When I was in Vietnam I kept getting fed mock meat that was so realistic I wouldn't eat it so naybecyou could look up some Vietnamese cooking sites

You can't. There is something perverse in being vegan but trying to convert the veggie food to taste like meat.
