Vegetarians and Vegans, would you ever go out with a meat-eater?!
Answers:
Definitely. I actually don't mind what anyone else eats. Most of my family are meat eaters so I'm used to being around it.
It wouldn't even be a factor for me. As long as they were OK with me being vegan I would be Ok with them eating meat.

Why do you make us omnivores to be not human, this is how white people treated black people like they where alien and something to be repulsed by??
Before civilization when we where hunter gathers we only used what we needed and respected everything. It is only when civilization creped in that it has gone all to pot.
Omnivores have created many sanctuary's and help a lot of nature, look what the white civilized migrants done to the Native Americans. They where a natural living people who survived on meat and wild vegetables and berries and the whites killed them because they where against what they stood for!!
I say yes there should not be a problem unless they are both too ignorant to live with each other?? Not all vegetarians/vegans or omnivores are clueless and actually think rationally and in no way force or act violent against others!!
I go to school in a small town where I am the only vegan, so I don't really have a choice. It doesn't really bother me to date a meat-eater, but I would be uncomfortable being in a serious relationship with a carnivore. I would definitely not be able to marry someone unless they were veg.
vegan
I've never dated anything else. I don't really search out people to date based on their dietary preferences...it's just not something I do, there's obviously nothing wrong with it. I don't kiss them after they've eaten meat, because I find that gross. I haven't figured out yet whether I'm gonna want to "settle down" with a vegetarian/vegan, but if I truly love someone, them eating meat is not going to bother me, as long as they don't give me crap for my veganism.
Yea, of course. Most people are meat-eaters so that would cut my choice of guys by like 3/4!
Although once I was on a date with a boy, and we were talking about what we'd done in the school holidays, and he was describing his hunting trip as "basically just walking around killing stuff"... that did put me off him a little.
Yeah, because people should be able to eat what they want. If they respected my views of course I'd respect theirs. As long as they didn't dangle it in my face that would be fine! :L
Something that actually does turn me off someone is when they participate in blood sports like shooting and hunting :/
I am vegetarian and my boyfriend is not and can't see why I am.
But we both respect each others ideas, because if you love the person you are going out with, it doesn't make a difference what they eat.
My opinion
all my boyfriends have been meat eaters and im veggie. to be honest, it's usually the meat eaters making it into a big deal. "omg, i could never take her out for a meal, there'd be nothing for her to eat!!" etc etc
Yes, it's necessary. I need to be pleasured. Jk
Yeah, because there's probably some compatible people out there for me that are most likely meat eaters.
I am and I do.
It's not my place to impose my diet and choices on others, any more than it's her place to expect me to eat meat.
Yes, if they were open to my being vegan and respected it.
When it comes to marriage or settling down...I'd prefer a vegan ;)
Vegan.
Yes, if they respect what I eat. If they wash their mouths out after the dinner. EXTRA POINTS. the breath of meat sickens me.
No, I couldn't sit across the table from soemone shoving a dead animal down their throat.
me
I do go out with an omnivore and he supports my vegan ways and is open to eating vegan food.
Vegan
Yes, of course i would. It doesn't make me any difference, as long we both respect each others choices.
yess!
As long as they respect the fact that I'm not going to make, eat or hunt animals.
No.
Nah, my husband would kill me!!!!!!
Hello
