Will eating more soy conteract increased testosterone levels?!


Question: Will eating more soy conteract increased testosterone levels?
Because soy is similar to estrogen. Im not diagnosed as having elevated levels of testosterone but im beginning to notice more hair on my face, arms and legs...

No, sorry, it won't. If you're having a hormone imbalance, its best to talk to a doctor who can prescribe you some medicine or hormone treatments. Food probably isn't going to be your solution: imagine how horrible it would be for us guys if we could get our hormones thrown out of whack just by eating the wrong foods.



no it wont do that theres other food with estrogen like that but people only go on about soy. i drink soy im lactose intolerant but no it wont make you grow less hair
