Vegetarian Thanksgiving?!

Question: Vegetarian Thanksgiving?
I'm the only vegetarian in my family, so every Thanksgiving pretty much sucks for me because every recipe my family uses has chicken stock, marshmallows, etc. I don't want to make it harder on everyone and make an entirely separate meal just for me, or change the whole menu. Help?

Hello Diana

Either make your own your buy your family vegetarian items to cook.

It is all in how you see it. If you look at this Thanksgiving as an opportunity to delight your family with your choices that are found to be scrumpdilliecious then it can be fantabulous. Make a wonderful meal for yourself and a little extra for anyone who is interested.

I had sparkling grape juice, mashed potatoes, bread stuffing, white bean olive salad, cranberry sauce, green beans, brussel sprouts, mushroom gravy and for desert pumpkin pie apple pie Ginger bread and fruit cake there should be mostly veg side dishes and desserts are veg

Veg for two years I know what it is like to be the only vegitarian around a bunch of meat eaters

How about just asking your family to make one or two completely vegetarian dishes? Or you could cook for yourself....
