Step one, educate yourself about your body's nutritional needs and how to meet them while being a vegetarian.

Two, ask your mom or dad to purchase the ingredients you need to make your own vegetarian meals. Be prepared to show them they will provide you with what your body needs and will cost less than the meat you will not have.

Three, cook for yourself, but eat with your family, if that's the usual custom.

Four, clean up after yourself.

My niece became a vegetarian (her parents are not) when she was about 14, and this is what she did. It was no extra trouble or cost to her parents.

Eat the food they cook that is vegetarian. Often times, this includes side dishes and things like that. Also suggest some vegetarian friendly recipes to your parents. Ask if they can make the meat a separate ingredient. Usually, my mom will make spaghetti and meatballs, cooking the meatballs and placing them in a separate plate container for those who would like them.

Despite you being a vegetarian, there is no reason you cannot make vegan food. This is my favourite recipe website. You can search by ingredient, ethnicity, type of food, etc. You can also use real cheese or real milk in place of vegan substitutes if you insist.

I suggest you learn how to stir-fry vegetables (not hard), properly chop vegetables, and grocery shop.
Note: If you cannot go grocery shopping by yourself, tag along with your parents (or whoever does the grocery shopping in your family) and pick ingredients you will need. Make yourself a shopping list.

Vegan.

I'm not sure how old you are, but hopefully you're old enough for this suggestion:

What I would do in the same situation is get a part-time job after school, and offer to help your parents buy the food you want (in case that would be an issue). Then, learn to cook! Study up on HEALTHFUL vegetarian eating (getting the proper nutrients) and prepare your own meals for a while!

After they see the initiative you've taken ~ and once they've smelled (and possibly tasted, too!) your good cookin' ~ they may just take more of an interest in helping you manage your dietary choice. It could just be that, being carnivores, they know little about the vegetarian diet and don't want to compromise your health and well-being.

Plus, you'll be gaining valuable experience for the adult life that's ahead of you anyway! The more you know ...

Tell them why you want to be vegetarian and how it has benefits. Also if you just change your diet one day they will start to listen to you, its how I got it to work for me. I just stopped eating everything meat and showed them recipes (didnt mention the no meat thing) that looked good and slowly the food in my house switched over nearly completely meatless.
I lived on banana peanut butter sandwiches for awhile.

went through this

Well, im a vegetarian and my parents wont either. usually i make my own food. dont let them tell you to pick the meat out of the food they make, and if you get sick, make sure they know its theyre fault. They need to respect your choices because i think you are very responsible. And im just a preteen and i have experience with this. just be independent and make your own choices :D

My parents are the same... So I just throw a bocca burger of my choice in the micro wave, put it on a whole wheat bun (if you can't find one, a regular bun is fine, no harm. Whole wheat is just healthier. I use whole wheat english muffins, sometimes. Same taste), add a good bowl of veggies (and soy beans to help with protein) and I'm all good. :)
And microwave veggie packs by green giant are great for that and already have added toppings on most, and very good, right amount you need... ect, handy little things. :)
But asides dinner...
Fruits like apples, PB & J sandwhichs, oat meal, cucumbers, are really good filling foods. Even noodles, if you want. :) (just check the lables for chicken bits if you buy the cup-ramen!)

2 liters smartwater, medium amicis daiya margherita nosauce lightcrust, so thats like 900cals daily

you could convince them that your healthier if your a vegetarian etc. You could also try cooking yourself. Im a vegetarian too and i finally convinced my parents it's for the greater good.

Im a vegetarian!

Educate them on how much healthier it is to be vegetarian. Tell them you will stand by your decision no matter what and will cook your own food if you have to. Depending on how old you are, you might have to.

Cook your own food. There's lots of vegetarian things at the store.
Your parents won't always make food for you. You can still eat with them, just eat something different.

You can eat beans or rice and cheese?

i d k

I cook my own food. I also buy it, but hopefully that's not necessary for you.

learn to cook your own food.
