When juicing limes and oranges?!

Question: When juicing limes and oranges?
can you just put them in with the peel? I'm using a jack lalaine btw. Very nice one but not very powerful and pro as a compared to a breville obviously.

You can juice the peels. But its better not too. If you want a lot more nutrients out of your fruit peel the waxy part of the citrus with a peeler and only leave the fruit with white inner rind. Its a pain but totally worth it because the white part has the most nutrients. Also remove the seeds. Citrus seeds can become splintered in the juicer and get impaled in your digestion track.

Actually, the peels are the most nutritious part of citrus fruits, but they won't go through your juicer, most likely. Peel your limes and oranges before you put them through any juicer :)

I have a juicer, and have done a lot of juicing myself :D

No! Take the peels off their somehow bad for you ;)
