Did I eat well today (vegan)?!

Question: Did I eat well today (vegan)?
I'm 16 and vegan. I've been eating a little less than normal lately, because I'm trying to lose a few pounds. Here's what I ate today.

Lunch: sandwich with two pieces Ezekiel bread, about a tablespoon of all-natural organic peanut butter, and a few pickle slices, 260 cals

Snack: a homemade vegan whole-wheat apple streudel bar, 170 cals?

Dinner: a Luna bar and a piece of toast with about a tablespoon of roasted garlic hummus, 283 cals

Snacks: a cup unsweetened almond milk, an apple, 1/4 cup almonds, and a cup of Amy's organic lentil soup, 450 cals

Do you think I ate enough? It comes to a total of about 1163 calories and 43 grams of protein.

Where was breakfast?

You should eat breakfastas well. A small amount of oat meat with frersh or dired fruit is very filling and would put you up in the prefect caloires range range.

You should be about 1300, 1500 caloires for weight loss.

i would tell you to eat more, but that would be hypocritical since i eat about as much as you. you are supposed to have i gram of protien for every kg you weigh. if you are gonna eat small meals (like i do) snack on plain fruit, maybe have a salad. and yes, its all vegan. good for you for eating vegan. ima vegetarian trying to go vegan

You need to eat at least 1800 calories a day. If you want to lose weight, go for a brisk walk or jump rope for a while. What you ate is healthy, you just need to eat a little more.

You ate well, but you failed to be vegan. Almonds are not vegan.
