Oh my, get rid of the meat because it will end up possibly killing you. (you do know the founder was supposed to have died of a heart attack don't you and it was hushed up to keep the company running allegedly according to various sources) Fresh natural organic foods like what animals in the wild eat are wonderful, avocados will not make you fat - all that meat fat, sugar and junk will.
The question you ask highlights that you have missed the point of the Atkins diet.
This should not be treated as a diet plan but as a lifestyle choice, the only target to focus on is your carb count and forget about the failed calorie counting systems
Ultimately you will re-introduce complex carbs back into your diet but eating real food in a nutritionally balanced manner that maintains your weight long term is the goal.
By the way, Dr Atkins died from an epidural hematoma due to his fall on the ice, I remember reading the open letter from his wife.

I advise you not to start this diet...over the summer I fell into this trap of a no carb, high fat diet. It's counterproductive. The only "weight" you are going to lose is water, and muscle weight. You might lose a little fat. I could not maintain this diet because I was starving myself of energy, from carbohydrates. I became insulin resistant, and i developed blood sugar problems, I became lethargic and depressed, i had no energy to exercise, all i would do was lay around all day. It took me a while to come off this diet because I had to become extremely sensitive to insulin, so i could eat more carbs. Being on a high fat diet has been known to cause many problems. In fact, the creator of the atkin's diet died of heart attack. I'm not trying to preach, I just felt the need to share my experience on this diet. It worked for me for a while, I looked like I was losing weight, but I really was just messing up my body. Now I'm on a high carbohydrate low fat diet, and I have the energy to do the things I love, such as dance, run cross country, ect. Carbs only make you fat if you have too much fat in your diet. You either have fat, or sugar, you cant have both. If you pick fat, thats fine, I pick sugar, so I can have energy.
i think you stick with one first until you feel that you arent gaining much weigh then you try on two.
i think eating everything in balance is the most impt.
Why are you eating avacados every day? There are so many delicious foods out there suitable for your diet...
For example, eat more nuts. Good fat + high protein.
