Any good diets for my ages?!
I am 13 and I weigh 120 pounds I want start a life style
eat 3 meals a day and 2 healthey snacks and work out for 60 min a day like 30min of yoga and 30 min of jogging but I snack alot how can I get use to this? And I want to stop eating late at night any idea or new diets you can tell me thanks alot :) and I want to have a flat stomach any ideas?

If you snack a lot, you may want to consider eating five smaller meals a day to cut down on the snacking. Also, drink a lot of water. It will make you feel fuller than you are. If you feel the need to chew on something, try gum. 5 to 10 calories for a stick of gum is much better than any snack food.
