Kefir grains wanted in Los Angeles?!
I read a lot about kefir, and I'd like to start using it, both the milk and water
I've been looking at Whole foods, Henry's... But I only found kefir drink
Do you know where I can find it? or does anybody have a healthy batch and could spare some?
I can move to Sherman Oaks, Studio City, tarzana, encino, BHills...

Kefir is AMAZING!! I started drinking/making it about 2.5 weeks ago and I have had OUT OF THIS WORLD experiences with it. I honestly don't know how I have gone so long without it. It's INCREDIBLE. There is a site that has a directory of all the continents/countries where some people have listed their name/email/phone# for giving away grains. I included the link as the second link. Also, have you tried freecycle? Sometimes people give away stuff like that on there. Good luck on your kefir growing. It is VERY easy to do. I GUARANTEE you will feel 150% better after even just 2 weeks on it! Have fun with all the recipes also!
