Low calorie........ yes...

Healthy....... no

Eating 3 fruits, one serving of grain (shreddies) and a normal meal does not make a healthy diet.

You need to work out what's right for you, but as a general rule you should be eating a minimum of 1200 calories a day (and that's to lose weight).

Starving yourself a) isn't healthy b) will increase your appetite and c) will be hard to stick to without rebound eating. Seriously, don't do it, unless you want to be in one of those documentaries on TV full of lots of people crying.

Dry Shreddies? Mmm. What's wrong with skimmed milk?

LOw in calories but devoid of sufficient real nourishment and vitamins. The instant Oatmeal is probably the worst as all goodness and fibre has been manufactured out of it.
Just rethink the whole thing and get up to 1700 calories eating normal healthy food and you will be healthy and loose weight.
Oh and exercise is vital as it helps your metabolism to make good use of the food you eat.

Hello

It seems to me that you would not be eating enough with just an apple/banana to try and last you through the day. You need to eat more.
