UNDER 200 CALORIE VEGAN RECIPES?!
under 200 calorie vegan recipes and must be quick and easy to make

Red Pepper Sauce
1 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup onions
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3/4 cup water
Salt, pepper, onion powder, & garlic powder to taste
Cut up the red pepper and other vegetables and combine in a pan with oil and water. Place the top on the pan and let simmer at medium heat for 15-20 minutes until mushy. After it's cooked put the contents into a blender and blend. You're done!
It's technically a pasta sauce but I've always thought it would make a nice easy soup too. Nothing wrong with eating it by itself.
