Question: UNDER 200 CALORIE VEGAN RECIPES?
help needed,
under 200 calorie vegan recipes and must be quick and easy to make
must be filling too :)
any ideas ?

Answers:

Red Pepper Sauce

1 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup onions
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3/4 cup water
Salt, pepper, onion powder, & garlic powder to taste

Cut up the red pepper and other vegetables and combine in a pan with oil and water. Place the top on the pan and let simmer at medium heat for 15-20 minutes until mushy. After it's cooked put the contents into a blender and blend. You're done!

It's technically a pasta sauce but I've always thought it would make a nice easy soup too. Nothing wrong with eating it by itself.

my take is that you need to see a doctor and maybe a therapist on your quest for very low fat vegan recipes.you can still search the internet, one phrase a search, with phrases such as: "raw vegan breakfast", "raw vegan lunch", "raw vegan snacks", "raw vegan dinner", "raw vegan dessert recipes", "raw vegan smoothie recipes" and "raw vegan recipes".
