Question: Omnivores, Vegans and Vegetarians, what do you think of this?

Imagine,hypothetically, that an alien race invades the earth. Their intelligent far surpasses the intelligence of even the smartest human being. Now, these creatures suddenly decide they like the taste of human flesh and a woman's breast milk. They begin to capture human beings, confining them to small spaces in order to conserve space, pumping females with hormones to keep breast milk producing even though it makes their breasts sore and swollen and the hormones have an awful effect on the overall health of the woman. Human males are forced to breed with human females and the offspring produced is keep separated from them as the creatures find the flesh of young humans to be delectable. Human males are castrated after meeting breeding purposes and forced into lives of confinement until they meet slaughter with their female counterparts.
For convenience, the creatures hang humans by their feet and slit their throat, collecting the blood to drink later. The human sometimes doesn't die automatically and hangs upside down, tortured, until death finally comes. Some aliens are nicer than other, they give the human a shock that supposedly dulls the sense before slaughtering them.

This is absolutely horrific,right? Everyone obviously knows the intelligence of human beings and yet these aliens came and challenged it and happened to win because their knowledge was of a different kind. Human beings were on the planet first and yet the aliens still came and took over because they believed they had the right.

This is what happens to animals everyday when they are slaughtered for the convenience of a tasty meal to human beings.

Vegetarians and Vegans will think this is wrong. What about the rest of you?

Answers:

Tdawg - the animal products are not there for humans. Animals milk is produced for the baby animals.
Honey is produced for the bees.
Naturally bred sheep do not need shearing.
Silk worms are not aware of humans.
Ducks need their down - we don't.
Etc etc etc

Exactly why we need to immediately approve funding for additional subspace weaponry and planetary defense research, just like the animals should have done.

Ruthless exploitation of an entire species is NEVER a good thing, whether it be humans or non-human animals.

This makes me want to quit eating meat.... even though I'm a vegetarian.

Well, it's evil. I am vegetarian and I would stop eating dairy if I could, but I can't. One day maybe I'll be vegan.

I think you're preaching to the choir, and even we find it annoying. Sorry to be rude, but you're not going to sway anyone by offending them or forcing them to change. honey attracts more flies than vinegar. Promote the idea of eating less meat by sharing the benefits of doing so, not by demonizing omnivores.

I have been vegi for almost two years I feel absolutley terible for the inocent animaks that are skinned alive,debeked,baby piglets having their genitals torn off with out pain killers and baby cows screaming for their moms as they are taken to slaughter at only 16 hours after birthing and I watched some under cover investigation videos and cried when I saw two ahole workers playing catch with a piglet and gassing them and beatintg them against doors but the worded part is watching people buy meat and eat it and be so ignorant and selfish to ignore the truthe if this happens I would hide under ground I wouldn't be thinking ''oh this is how that pig I ate felt'' because I know how they felt but the second I see factory farm workers being eaten I will laugh maybey humans aren't the worsed

If you can produce a real alien you'll be rich.You can buy all the tofu and bean sprouts you could ever eat.Till then I won't worry about being subjected to such privations as you describe.

What your saying is complete bullshit.

We have a conscience and we have a knowledge that not other animal on this planet has.After centuries or even decades we would not know a different way of living therefore it would be become how we live.And we'd be fine with it.

The animals that are breed and killed do not know a different life therefore it is their purpose its how they live.Think of really poor people living in the slums when they start earning say ￡5 a week they feel that it's brilliant but to anyone on this site would think it is terrible.

Animals do not understand what were doing to them. Its the way they live they don't know any different.

That is why the majority of the human race are meat eaters.
