What does raw food do to my digestion?!

Question: What does raw food do to my digestion?
I'm considering a raw food diet. I wonder if I'm going to have vitamin, mineral deficiencies, or digestive problems. And what can I do about them?

Hello

A raw vegan diet is the closest to nature you will ever get. Have a look at the raw food links below ok:-

This site has a lot of info on raw food diets:

From the link: "A call for more realism and honesty in the raw-foods movement so that raw-fooders themselves don't end up getting hurt, with the potential bonus result that outsiders might even start taking what truths and helpful ideas there are in the raw-foods movement seriously when the aura of offputting fanaticism is overcome. Get the message and get real--you have only the chains of illusion to lose, and the marginality of the raw-foods movement to forgo."--

You'll get more nutrients. Your body will adjust after a short time, but sanitation and hygiene become very important.
