You may lose some weight, depending on how long you continue this "diet," but I doubt you'll be feeling well enough to be happy about it. If the wedding is more than a few weeks away, whatever you eat at the wedding and/or the banquet will probably make you feel very ill, and you'll miss your sister's special night because you'll be stuck with your head in the toilet. When eating normally finally does stop making you sick, you'll blow up like a balloon because your body will be preparing for the next little bout of starvation. The worst case scenario here is all too likely to happen; this is the type of behavior that leads to eating disorders.

If you don't want to consider your own physical and mental health, think of your sister. Do you really want to mar the memory of her wedding day as the event that began the downward spiral of your health? To be quite honest, you could show up with three arms and a tail and no one would care, so long as your sister looked like a princess. Order a dress that will fit and focus on supporting your sister. If you really want to lose weight, eat right, exercise, and be patient. It's not going to happen overnight.

If you just want to lose some weight quickly DO NOT WORK OUT!!! You can walk, but that's about it. If you start running, or hitting the gym you are going to increase your appetite to the point where you will not be able to stick to to a low calorie diet.

I'm not saying exercise isn't healthy. It is, but it will work against you in this case and cause you to overeat, or be so miserable that you will want to overeat.

Oh and you don't need 2,000 calories per day unless you are a man with high metabolism or an athlete. There is a lot of ignorance about this for some reason, I guess it explains why there is so much obesity if people think sitting in front of a comupter all day long requires 2,000 calorie per day.

Going to the gym and eating healthy is they key to losing weight. It also depends on how much you already way. Its harder to loose weight when you not that big. And eat more than just 1 sand which a day. If that's all you eat a day then your body will go into starvation mode, That's when you body isn't getting enough to eat and it absorbs not only the healthy part of you food but the fats and sugars too that will cause to gain wait or not loose any at all. Remember: EXERCISE

Nope. You'll probably gain weight if anything because your body will go into starvation mode. You need to consume at least 1200 calories a day and work-out, walk and eventually jog. I don't need to comment on how it's bad for you. You already know that. Get the dress altered, because your health is more important than what people think of you.

It's not about simply taking in less calories, it's about balancing it to where your intake does not exceed your output. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and try to have a few smaller meals a day rather than one or two big meals. Eat wholesome foods and do both aerobic and anaerobic workouts. Good luck!

No, it doesn't work like that. What you are doing is ok, but you need to exercise also. After yu eat your sandwich exercise for atleast 60 min. Also, you should do flexible exercise it will slim down your glutes and thighs. Also do aerobic(important) exercise.

Depending on you height, weight, and daily exercise -

if you don't take in 1500-2000 calories a day your body will go into starvation mode and BREAK DOWN YOUR MUSCLES TO CONVERT TO FAT TO KEEP YOU ALIVE.

Starvation = fail.

Nobyou won't lose weight quickly. Eat more but make it healthy. Don't cook/eat food high in sodium or sugar. Pick up an excercise plan and you are right on drinking water and taking vitamins. Good luck and have fun at the wedding! ;)
