How to make crepes with only flour and water?!
My friend used to do this, but I don't know the mixture of water and flour. Any help? thanks

I have not heard of them with just flour and water, are you sure your friend did not add anything like soya milk, flavourings, vegan marg etc?
A mixture of flour & water with no additional ingredients is called "glue", and is not recommended for ingestion...
You need something to either "leaven" the mixture with bubbles (like yeast), or to trap air (like egg)...here are some basic crepe recipes;
