If I separate the egg white from the egg yolk, does it get rid of the cholesterol, fat, and the protein or do?!

Question: If I separate the egg white from the egg yolk, does it get rid of the cholesterol, fat, and the protein or do?
Or do I keep the protein in the egg white. I am working out more and am looking for some good sources of protein and in the mornings I am looking at eggs, but I know the cholesterol is high in it. But I heard taking out the yolk gets rid of that health risk. But does it also take out the protein in it? what am I getting rid of and what am I still getting by eating just the egg whites?

The egg white keeps the protein, but only about 17 calories. 4 egg whites is considered 1 serving of protein for a vegetarian. Although the yolk has cholesterol, it has lots of good fat and nutrients contrary to popular beliefs.

One large egg has about 213 milligrams of cholesterol, which is found in the yolk. If you are healthy, the recommended dietary cholesterol intake should be less than 300 mg a day. If having cardiovascular disease, diabetes or high level of LDL cholesterol, the recommended dietary cholesterol intake should be less than 200 mg a day. Therefore, if you eat an egg then it's important to avoid other sources of cholesterol for the rest of the day.
