I'd add a serving or two of some sort of fruit or vegetable. Carrot sticks or apple slices would be great. Also, if you like peanut butter, it would be great to have a pb&j instead of just jelly. Protein is great when you're trying to lose weight. Also, make sure you're able to keep the milk cold. You wouldn't want to get sick.

If you are trying to lose weight, why would you ever drink milk. It's something that farmers give to calves to fatten them up. I would switch out the milk for some 100% juice or a mineral water. Also, you need to include vegetables in your diet. They will help fill you up, so you eat less empty calories, but they will also ensure you are getting proper nutrition while your body operates at a caloric defecit. Try a side salad with low-fat dressing, carrot sticks or broccoli with hummus, celery with a little bit of reduced-fat peanut butter on it.

white milk- make sure its skim or at least lowfat

grape jelly on wheat bread-
try non-hydrogenated penaut butter instead of calories. Jelly is basically sugar- no nutrition whatsoever. Yeah, it might add 50-75 extra calories with a nut butter, but you'll also get the protein and healthy fat you look like you're lacking.

I would also add a vegetable or at least a fruit. A serving of carrots is only 35 calories; a cup of broccoli is only 25. They are good for you and will not change your weight loss plan.

So, you lunch-
2 slices bread + 1 tbsp peanut butter 320
carrots 35
1 c skim milk 85
9 reduced-fat cheezits- probably ~45

So, roughly 485 calories for lunch, which is basically perfect for weight loss

I don't think it is a good lunch but it is an ok start. I like that you are using wheat bread (make sure that it is whole wheat and has at least 2 grams of fiber per slice, preferably 3). Add some peanut butter for protein or do a different type of sandwich - just jelly is basically eating sugar on bread. Skip the cheez-its and pack a piece of fruit and add a vegetable. You should have 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies a day, so lunch should have at least two of those servings. And for the milk, if it is skim that's great. Studies show that consuming 3 servings of dairy actually helps people maintain lower weight than their non dairy drinking counterparts.

replace milk with water. milk has saturated fat and cholesterol, plus growth hormones.

the grape jelly on wheat bread is all sugar and starch. Keep the bread, either add peanut butter, or take out the jelly and put hummus, lettuce, and cucumbers. You need something to carry you over!

Cheez its are doing nothing good for you! Replace with grapes, apple, carrot sticks.

I would trade the milk for water. If you can find it try and find a jelly or jam without any sugar or splenda. I would also trade the reduced fat cheeze its for a handful or nuts. You should also throw in some vegetable like carrots, or even dried fruit would be great.

To loose weight you'll want fat free milk and whole wheat bread. Jelly low in sugar is good but mashed fruit home made is better(if you have time) cheezits are good or you could get a healthy low fat cracker like every thing crackers or akmak or something or use a fruit or veggie side

Vegetarian

Instead of white milk to oat milk, or chocolate almond milk.

Instead of grape jelly on wheat bread do almond butter on wheat bread, or pack an apple and the jelly and bread since fruit is very vital. And drink lots of water.

trade the reduced fat cheezits for something naturally healthy...like carrots, salad, apple, blueberries, whole grain crackers, etc :)

try to add a cup of veggies and fruit, and put a handful of nuts in a ziploc bag for some protein

I think I would add maybe about 9 more cheezits

I think that's very healthy

try mixing in some protein and find at least one vegi to put in
