i need to find dried nut roast mix for a vegetarian friend?!

my friend in America loves nut roasts, those things that are meant to be like veggie versions of a meatloaf.

According to her they are really hard to get over her way and i cant mail he one because they'll defrost before they get on the plane!

I have heard that there are dried versions that just need water adding before you bake them. I have looked in Tesco and Sainsbury without success. Can anyone help me out and point me in the right direction?
