i felt sick when i ate....?!

Question: I felt sick when i ate....?
Yesterday, my mom made lasagna and i guess it had meat in it and like 10 minutes after i ate it i felt sick to the point were i felt nauseous. then maybe like a hour later i had some milk and i felt like that again. The day before that my sister was eating chicken rings, i felt disturbed that she was eating them. i told her: "hurry up and eat them and get them out of my sight!!" what should i do?? should i be a vegan or something?? i told my mom about this and she told me that i should be a vegetarian but jokingly and i am seriously considering it so should i just go ahead and be one?? how should i bring up the conversation again??

thanks for answering in advance!!! :D

its hard to be a vegan because almost everythin has some kind of animal product in it so if i were you i would just try being a vegetarian for a few weeks

Maybe you feel sick because you may have developed lactose intolerance. Lasagna has lots of cheese in it and of course milk bothered you too. Not sure about the chicken rings, that might be unrelated.

Maybe it's from the eggs in lasagna. You have the same feelings I had when I stopped eating animals :P

Experience

just say it

Hello, I am vegan. Despite what a previous person said, it's not hard to be vegan. In fact, rather than hard, it becomes fun to search for stuff. It's amazing how much stuff DOES have animal products in it. Horrible, really.
I suggest going vegetarian for a week or two then making the leap to veganism. The link I provided will help a lot. Veganism is the best choice I've ever made, I feel great.

Why you're suddenly having aversions to meat and dairy I don't know but in any case the healthier choice is veganism. Vegetarians aren't much healthier than the average omnivore.
