What's a typical days menu for a Vegan?!

Question: What's a typical days menu for a Vegan?
I'm doing a project for my Nutrition class, where I assemble a Vegan diet menu (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and possibly a snack). I know what the diet restricts and allows, but I'm trying to get a realistic understanding of it.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Well I'll just give you what I have on a typical day as a vegan;

2 slices of wholegrain toast with peanut butter, maybe a coffee
A piece of fruit / handful of nuts / bowl of soy or corn chips
A sandwich or roll with beetroot, tomato, and avocado / a salad / whatever I have left over from the previous night's dinner
Another snack type food
Tortilla(s) with a chilli bean filling / mushroom and spinach spaghetti / steamed vegetables / fried rice

I hope that helps in some way :)

I'm vegetarian, not vegan but I think I might be able to help, Just an example:
Breakfast- Apples and peanut butter (very healthy and the peanuts have protein)
Lunch- maybe a soup and a salad (lentils and beans are very healthful!)
Dinner- spaghetti squash (tastes just like the real thing and is very healthy)
Hope I helped!
