Hi, a lot of soya products such as soya milk, cheese and yogurt are usually fortified with b12.

It can also be found in some fortified wholegrain cereals and bread.

As a last resort you can also take a supplement.

Yes, you can find B12 in fortified vegan food, but the most RELIABLE source is through a vitamin supplement, preferably one that you put under your tongue.

Keep in mind that there are many B12 deficient meat-eaters, so don't use food to supplement as it is not reliable. Cooking also destroys B12, so even though it may be in certain mock meats, you are cooking it out when you add the high temperature heat.

Also, don't use sea vegetables as a source of B12 because they contain B12-analogues, which actually BLOCK B12 in your body.

I've been vegan over 10 years and supplement a few times a month and my B12 blood levels are quite high.

Experience.

Fortified milks, cereals and breads. If you can stand the taste of yeast spread (vegemite, marmite, et cetera) then go for it because it is an excellent source of B12.

You can take these shots i've been using them and i feel great!

Vitamin B12 is not available in any plant food. If you don't eat eggs, dairy products or meat, you'll need to supplement for B12. You can get a shot, pills or eat highly processed foods fortified with B12.

From VeganHealth: "B12 is generally found in all animal foods (except honey). Contrary to rumors, there are no reliable, unfortified plant sources of vitamin B12, including tempeh, seaweeds, and organic produce. The overwhelming consensus in the mainstream nutrition community, as well as among vegan health professionals, is that plant foods do not provide vitamin B12, and fortified foods or supplements are necessary for the optimal health of vegans, and even vegetarians in many cases. Luckily, vitamin B12 is made by bacterial fermentation such that it does not need to be obtained from animal products."
