but don't know if they stock ALL their products--look for the column labeled HS (for herbs/spices) maybe.
Looks like only one of the Nob Hills has the HS category products.
Your local grocery store or health food store should carry Braggs. If you can't find Braggs, just use Soy Sauce (braggs has less sodium, but is basically soy sauce).
For seasonings, look for product made by Mrs. Dash or similar (they would be found in your grocery stores spice section).
If you check out their website (http://www.mrsdash.com/), you'll see that there are several spices that can be used as a "chicken-like" seasoning.
