Vitamin D is found in animal foods, but you don't have to eat animals in order to get this vitamin as it is produced through your skin when you are exposed to sunlight or tanning beds.

B12 is also found in animal products, but since it's produced by bacteria, it can also be found in small amounts on unwashed produce (which I do NOT recommend eating unless washed). Supplementation is the most RELIABLE source of B12.

Other than those two, you can find all the other vitamins and minerals in plant foods AND you get the benefit of having additional vitamins (like vitamin C), fiber and phytonutrients which are not found in animal food.
