Who lives a healthy life?!

Question: Who lives a healthy life?
Its actually quite addicting.. and I'm happy I started at such a young age (15). so this is my basic routine.

Morning- 2 cups milk, 1 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
9am-Probably a can of Tuna+fruit
12- Lunch, Veggies, chiken breast and carbs
3- 1/2 cup cottage cheese, few salary sticks+fruits
6- some sweet potatoes, + chicken breast + milk
9 - some light snack of tuna sandwich and whole grain crackers+ fruits
11- 1/2 cottage cheese + 6 boiled egg whites.

All together 4,000+ Cals, 300g+ Protein, 300g+ Carbs, Some fat

I drink 100-128oz of water/day
+ Take some Fish oil Caps
Workout 5 time a week (weight lifting)
Run 20 minutes a day 3x week
Fast Food is a rare phenomenon for me
and no junk food :) Its a bit extreme but I once had a dream :)

What about you, are there any others with a passion for life?

Answers:

It sounds pretty obvious from your diet you want to be a body builder by all the chicken and egg whites. Its good to have a purpose and ambition in life as it gives you something to aim for although im not sure it was such a good idea to start this at 15 I would have thought 18 would have been a better age.

I don't think i could live off your diet but then there are lots of diets i wouldn't want to life off including anorexics and obese people. I think balance is the key. So have your diet and your workouts but every now and again eat some chocolate biscuits and go and do something fun and then you really will be happy.

You are going down hill
Reduce your intake to 2500 calories max per day
reduce your frequency of intakel!
No more than 4 feedings a day!
Otherwise the balance in diet is good!

Your body tone may appeal to some but this diet is far from healthy. A truly healthy diet is about providing the body with extremely complex nutrients that you don't even know about yet. Weight lifting is bad for your heart. Your cells can only repair themselves so many times then when they stop and you die from disease. Weight lifting damages your body and forces your body to constantly repair and use more energy to increase muscle mass. This is using up your cells life span at very fast rates. If you look at turtles they are very skinny. Their necks are small. Their body thin under that shell and they are the longest living animal far surpassing humans. I wouldn't say this unless I knew and cared.

Some suggestions are devote time to breathing well and deep and focusing on breathing and relaxing. This gets all your organs flowing and pumping better than any other exercise not to mention you are getting better amounts of oxygen which would repair your body and not even damage it in the first place. Next part and most important is diet. Less diary. Much more fruits and plants.

FAST FOOD rox!! n just so ur wondering !! i am not fat n i weigh 35 pounds only!!! =P
