Is there a vegan substitute for cool whip?!

Yes! Soyatoo makes a convenient aerosol rice whipped topping which is a terrific substitute for whipped cream, and no soy, either. They make the same product from soy, which is probably good, too. It's just that I like to limit the amount of soy I consume.
I buy this product (and many others) online at VeganEssentials.com
There are liquid soy products you can whip yourself (soyatoo, mimic cream, etc.) but all the ones I've tried have had an unpleasant taste.
I second the Soyatoo suggestion. You can also take silken tofu, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract to make a whipped topping. There's a recipe in "How it All Vegan", which I don't have handy, or I'd give you better instructions.
Whip cream is heavy cream and sugar. Heaven cream is milk and butter. Soy milk and lactose free butter will work. Both are at walk mart. Total for both bought it $5?. Look next to the healthy butter.
Vegetarian
Soy Whip is better than Rice Whip - neither really hit the spot. But I am sure the delicious ice cream and cookies will be enough sugar for anyone.
Failed at finding a good heavy whipped cream which is vegan.
Vegan.
I needed a whipped topping for dessert on Thanksgiving, and this is the best I found. It's super simple and so delicious.

I'm not 100% sure.. But I think its along the lines of "uncool whip" :P
I doubt that whipped soy juice would be very good. :(
I don't think there are ANY whipped cream substitutes that don't contain dairy products.
