I want to go vegan! Help me!?!
Vegetarian). I could stand it for a a few days but I became veeerrry hungry.
Then on Labor Day, I went to a restaurant with my friend. I ate pasta, tomato sauce,
and Vegan shredded Parmesan-flavored soy cheese (I HATED it!). Less than an hour
later, I threw up and then 2 hours later I threw up AGAIN! It was disgusting!
Then, I felt sick the whole week and had to go vegetarian again.
2 Questions...
1. As a vegetarian, what can I eat to be HEALTHY?
I'v been a vegetarian over a year now and have put on WEIGHT!
2. How can I be a PICKY vegan without being sick to my stomach?
I don't wanna feel sick!
By the way, I'm super PICKY! My mom made me veggie burger and my
sister made me veggie stuff and I ate it, but hated it! I don't like beans,
tofu, lentils, etc! I LOVE veggies (raw) and nuts, though! Oh! && Fruit.
So, what should I do?
Thanks SO much!

Learn to love beans. Put them in your vegetables. There are all sorts of beans to eat. Butter beans are good. They are basically sweet Lima Beans.
Just eat different things that have beans in them.

You're an omnivore, capable of eating meat, eggs, dairy and/or veggies. Your ancestors evolved eating animal products and/or veggies. It's not natural or healthy to cut all animal products out of your diet. That's why you're having so much trouble.
There's a growing awareness in the medical community that veganism is an extreme diet, like bulimia. Be careful and good luck.....
