Low Calorie Meals Needed ASAP?!
Im looking for yummy (VEGAN) ideas on low calorie meals (200 calories or under)
NOT SNACKS
but something that will be filling..
like soup or stirfry

Ingredients
2 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups vegetable broth
(2) 14-ounce can diced tomatoes (fire-roasted)
(2) 15 ounces fatfree refried beans
(2) 15 ounces black beans, cooked
2 cups frozen corn kernels
1/2 cup Western Style Vegetables
2 teaspoon cumin
3 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Spray a large, non-stick pot with cooking spray, and saut?? the onion until it begins to brown. Add the garlic and cook for one more minute. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook until the flavors blend, 20-30 minutes.

Vegan Pasta with Vegan Chick'n & Bacon Calories: 137.7
Ingredients
1/2 lb. of 1 pound box pasta
1 package Smart Strips - Chick'n?? (vegan)
1/2 package Smart Bacon?? (Vegan)
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets cut into bite-sized pieces
1 red pepper, sliced in long strips
1 small onion, sliced in long strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil or cooking spray
Vegan Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a large skillet, saut?? broccoli, onion and red pepper in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add garlic and saut?? 1 minute longer (do not over cook). Brown Smart Bacon in another skillet until crispy and break into bite-sized pieces. Add Smart Strips - Chick'n?? and Smart Bacon?? to the saut?? mixture, cooking just long enough to heat through. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with fresh Vegan Parmesan Cheese.

Creamy Broccoli Soup Calories: 143.9
1/2 cup couscous
4 cups broccoli, chopped
5 cups water or vegetable broth
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp rosemary
1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
In a large pot, combine the water or vegetable broth, broccoli and couscous. Bring to a boil, reduce heat then simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until the broccoli is soft. Add salt, rosemary, nutritional yeast and lemon juice. Puree in blender or food processor.Return to stove and simmer for 5 more minutes
