How do I become a vegan?!

Start researching vegan nutrition, obviously. Some things you should look out for--
If you're not consistently eating food fortified with vitamin b12 than you should be taking supplements -- either daily or weekly.
You may want to supplement choline as well (it's found in large quantities in beef liver and eggs). If you eating cauliflower, wheat germ, or navy beans, on a regular basis than you shouldn't have to worry about it (they contain decent amounts of choline).
If the salt in your country isn't iodized you'll properly have to supplement that, too.
Sugar -- this is a huge source of stress for me, haha. More than half the sugar in the US is refined with bone char (an animal product...it's exactly what it sounds like). Anything containing sugar -- unless it's 100% certified vegan -- should be avoided (although you could try contacting the manufacturer and checking, but it's never worked for me, usually they're clueless). So basically if you're shopping at a regular grocery store you'll have to avoid most products (almost everything contains sugar -- juice, pasta sauce, soup, bread, most canned food, peanut butter, jam -- lots of stuff!)
Just some things to look out for. Good luck.
maybe instead of trying to be "vegan" you should do the things you think are in line with your morals. if you think eating eggs is morally wrog, then don't eat eggs, if you think it is ok then eat eggs. don't try to be "vegan" just to be vegan it is ridiculous.
