Breakfast: Granola cereal with vanilla soya yogurt and coffee
Lunch: Salad made of sprouting beans, cucumber, carrott, spring onion and toasted sesame seeds in a oriental vingerette
Dinner: Vegan cottage pie with more veggies
Drinks: herbal tea and water
Snacks: vegan banana and walnut muffins
My menu
Today I have had:
Breakfast: coco pops served with hot milk. 2 slices of toast with marmalade. Coffee. Pure orange juice.
Snack: Coffee. chocolate chip flapjack (homemade)
Lunch: (main) 2 burgers ( homemade using onion, carrots, courgettes, breadcrumbs and salt and herbs), mash potato, broccoli and green beans.
(pudding) Orange jelly followed by a cadbury mini roll (plain sponge with raspberry jam covered in a thin layer of milk chocolate). A few grapes.
(drink) 2 glasses of tropical fruit juice.
Dinner: Baked beans on toast. Stewed apple with a tub of ambrosia custard. 1 slice of choc chip flapjack. Orange.
(drink) carton of pure tropical fruit juice. cup of water.
For supper I have just had: bottle of strawberry milkshake. glass of water with pear squash. dried fruit and nut mix.
Probably have some more water before bed.
Also over the day I have had glasses of water either plain water or I added some lemon or pear squash to it.
I am having a really bad reaction to my Adderall today, and my stomach hurts horribly. I have only been able to manage drinking a green juice (with spinach, and added chlorella, spirulina, wheat grass, among other things), water, and eating a small orange.
I am just going to say what I ate yesterday, as it is a little (a lot) more.

Two vegan buckwheat waffles (frozen, so not the best for me, but so delicious and easy when I am in a rush), made into a peanut butter and banana sandwich.
Orange juice.
-Lunch-
A half of an empanada filled with black beans, onions, chilis, a little bit of salsa, and Daiya.
Water.
-Dinner-
Seitan stir-fry with zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, red peppers, onions, garlic & ginger, soy sauce, and a little bit of tahini. This was my first time (as a vegan, I should be ashamed of this being my first time) having seitan, and I loved it. I typically make stir-fries with more of a centrally-themed flavour, however I did not know what would work best with seitan.
Brown rice.
Water.

[Accidentally] Vegan mini shortbread cookies
Smoothie made with coconuts (blended VERY finely), rice milk (I was, sadly, out of coconut milk), orange juice, banana, mango, a little bit of pineapple (and its juice, naturally), and a hint of lime juice.
It's only 11 in the morning so far.
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: Ready brek with stewed apple and brown sugar. Pure tropical fruit juice. Milky Coffee.
Mid-morning snack: Chocolate orange flavoured biscuits (3 of them). Coffee
Lunch: Fish finger sandwich, yogurt, raspberry jam filled doughnut, pear. carton of pure apple juice. glass of pear squash.
Mid-afternoon snack: Glass of pear squash (x2)
Dinner: Lentils with macaroni. Lemon flavoured steamed sponge with custard. Dark chocolate kit kat. 200ml bottle of Yazoo Strawberry milkshake.
Supper: 3 chocolate orange digestive biscuits. Cup of galaxy hot chocolate.
So far today I've had:
Breakfast: Bowl of rice krispies. 2 slices of toast with nutella. glass of pure tropical juice. Coffee.
Snack: Glass of lemon squash, half a glass of lemonade. 2 Rock buns.

It is now 7.30 in the evening, for the rest of today I have eaten:
Lunch: (main) 2 fish cakes, sticky rice, peas and broccoli. (pudding) Home made semolina straight out the oven! some dark chocolate. pure apple juice. Coffee
snack: 200ml bottle chocolate milk shake. glass of pear squash.
Dinner: 2 crumpets with raspberry jam. the last of the semolina (cold). 1 rocky bun. an orange. 200ml bottle strawberry milk. 1 glass water.
Since then I have had 2 glasses of pear squash.
In about an hour I willl be having supper, that'll be cup of galaxy hot chocolate with either a rocky bun or a couple of biscuits - either chocolate orange digestives or viennesse chocolate biscuits.
For breakfast i had cornflakes with semi skimmed milk, then i had some almonds, for lunch 3 fish fingers in brown bread with cucumber, then i had some malted milk biscuits with a glass of milk for a snack, for dinner i had some homemade lamb curry nans small naans. :)
I'm probably going to eat Macaroni and Cheese today.

it's only 7.43am so all i've had is a cup of tea so far.... but i was really indulgent and i made it with cream instead of milk :)
