Im 19 is it too late to become a vegetarian?!

Question: Im 19 is it too late to become a vegetarian?
Answers:

It's never too late. I went vegetarian and then vegan in my early 30s. I have a friend who went veg at 40 (she's in her 60s), and Coretta Scott King went vegan in her 60s.

its never too late!! it might eb a good time!! you can now like cook your own food, find which vegetarian food you like best. experiment. and also you know that its your decision, not like your parent telling you you cant eta meat and its not like a rebellion thing, its cus you dont wnat to eat meat.

i think the Quorn products are best!! i think - Quorn meatballs and spaghetti
making burgers with the Quorn burgers
Tcos with the Qrn mince!
and one of my favourites is egg fried rice with the Quone sausages cut up in the rice!! Very good!

Its never to late, in fact its probably easier now that you're older, because you have more choice in your food options. If you're going to do it I'd suggest reading up on a lot of substitutes first... its hard to make the switch.

Friends.

No -_____-, there is no age requirement. You can be a vegetarian whenever you want, if you are up to it and have good reason to.
