Do animal cruelty laws take away from my constitutional rights? Shouldn't my rights supersede their welfare?!

This is the most offensive thing I have ever read. I don't even know why I am giving you the satisfaction of responding to this nasty question. Your views that animals are souless and can't feel pain????????????????????????????????? If you kick a dog it's gonna yelp. You are metally unstable ot just plain retarded.

As a vegan and animals rights person, I am not going to go into the sections about meat or hunting and post things that are only for the purpose of starting controversy.
This post is separated into sections so people can read about and discuss topics they find interesting. Please be kind and respectful and don't post things for the purpose of upsetting people and trying to start heated discussions.
I respect your rights and thoughts, please respect mine by not posting things like this on the vegan part of this.

This is assuming that we all believe in the same God. But reality is, that isn't completely true.
This is also assuming that animal cruelty laws do not prevent unnecessary pain inflicted on beings.

Abortion takes away from the constitutional right to use your body at your will. Humans have souls. Fetuses have not been proven to have any "soul". I suggest you read into your thoughts before you bring them up.

What constitutional law or right are you talking about?

Most laws are to deal with "reason". as in " is this reasonable?", " are these action reasonable?". we try to project law into our environment base on the concept of "reason" ............. in most case and that do not take in any aspect of "enforcement" which is another topic.

I am guessing this question should not be a political issue so much as a issue of "balance" and "personnal responsibility"in the human species with how we live.

I agree that animal protection laws have become increasingly overzealous in their quest to protect creatures which are less than human beings. The way you phrase your explanation, however, will probably invite a lot of liberals to come in here and trash you for it.
