i want a vegan meal that is under 200 or about 250 kcals
and easy to make :)

take i cup garbanzo beans mash it well add peppers, onions, garlic salt and pepper and one egg white. combine everything together and form a patty cook it in pan with oil spray until done then take lettuce leaves and place there with a slice of tomatoes, avocado fold it and you have a vegan burger delish!!!

i like to change any meat food until a vegan meal!!

Egg whites are not vegan.

However, if you combine 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds with 1 tablespoon water, you get a gooey substance that will bind the patty together just as well as the egg.

Hi, vegetable soup is very low in calories. Just get your favorite fresh veg such as carrots, peppers, onions etc, cook them up and put them in the blender. It makes a really lovely, wholesome and healthy soup.

Jacket potato with soya cheese or beans is also good, and is really filling.

It's not a main meal but porridge is surprisingly low-cal. Made with soya milk it's around 180 cals per serving.
