Sometimes don't you feel like telling people you're lactose intolerant?!
so a lot of the times when I'm ordering food at restaurants and i say "no eggs and no milk" and the people eating with me ask why I don't eat milk or eggs, i just say i have allergies.

i know the feeling but i know a couple of people with food allergies so i don't. i do think it's weird that if you tell someone you don't eat dairy purely out of choice then they'll say that it's the only source of calcium and you'll be really sick but if you're lactose intolerant or if you have allergies then somehow people accept that there's another source of it.
No. Because I'm not. Just ignorant those assholes who make fun of you. There's nothing wrong with being vegetarian, some people just can't accept differences in others. Either way you look at it, there is always something negative to say about any topic in the world, so don't let it bother you. it's your life.
If I was at a restaurant, I might just to be sure they'll listen to me, but I don't actively try to hide my veganism. It's nothing to be ashamed of.
If people give me too much crap about it, and if I don't know them and will never see them again, I say it's because of my religion. It's really not too far from the truth.
no. i don't bring it up. however if they bring it up i will talk about it. and if they are rude i can be rude right back.
