If you think so, That is all that matters.

You have a good start but this isn't very much food. You could eat alot more and still loose weight. If you cary on this way you'll end up bingeing later in the day due to not enough food. In the long run you won't be able to keep weight off that you lost because your body will go into starvation mode due to lack of nutrients. This isn't very much food, and what you did eat could have been healthier. Eat more protein, like beans, lentils, tofu ect. Also eat more fruits and veggies.

Sample:
Breakfast: oatmeal, peanut butter mixed in, dried fruit mixed in, grapefruit.
Snack: nuts, dried fruit and some fresh veggies
Lunch: whole whole wheat bagel with cream cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded carrots, spinach.
snack: apple with almond butter, veggies dipped in hummus
Dinner: what you had is fine, but you could eat some beans and lentils instead of mac and cheese, or add some tofu to your salad for extra proteins

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of strict diet are you on, and why? That would help all of us in being able to answer your question.

You should aim for two servings of fruit, and three servings of vegetables a day, including dark leafy greens. You should also get at least six servings of whole grains a day, and avoid refined white grains. You also need to get adequate protein.

Your breakfast and dinner definitely could have been worse, but your lunch and snack were, quite frankly, pitiful. Eating an entire bagel, not a half one, and eating a whole wheat or whole grain one, with some peanut butter on top, would have been a major step up from what you did eat for lunch. Your snack could have included some nuts.

Two words: soya chunks.
You can find them in the ethnical section. I had to ask to find them in my store but it was by the jewish food, the taco stuff, japanese food.
They are very high in fiber and protein and also have 26% of the daily value needed for iron.
This really is the miracle food for vegetarians. I just found out about it, and am trying to spread the word. OH YEAH! There is also literally almost zero fat. :D

You need to eat more of everything. More fruits and vegetables, more dairy or soy dairy, more whole grains, and definitely more proteins like nuts, beans, tofu, etc.

One word: Lentils.

They are high in fiber and protein and low in fat. Plus, they're not over-processed crap like your mac and cheese and weetabix.

Sounds like you did really well. Make sure to eat lots of fruits and vegetables because they fill you up and they are good for you!
