Carefully take a piece of paper and put the ant outside.

Find a plastic or paper cup and drop it over the ant so that he is trapped. Get a sheet of paper and GENTLY slip it under the rim of the overturned cup, being careful not to squish his little legs. Find where the ants are coming in and put some cinnamon around the hole. I recommend a paste of water and cinnamon that way it will stay there for a while. It worked wonders for me, haven't seen any ants in my house since I covered the holes.
