Because its the fattiest thing you will get your days energy from plus after lunch your metabolism is slow and it wont burn as much fat if you have this for lunch.
so have it for breakfast and it will burn off so you dont have to worry plus if you have a healthy meal at lunch and dinner which arent so fatty.

Bacon sandwich is probably the worst because of fat, cholesterol, salt, calories.
Pudding and bread isn't a healthy breakfast. Pudding is good for a snack. :)
the banana and ilk will likely make you fall asleep but so will the bacon sandwich or the black pudding sandwich. I would say none of the above.
