Is limp kale still edible?!

Question: Is limp kale still edible?
I've never eaten it before and bought it 3 days ago. Kinda forgot it was in there. Oops. Can I still cook it or should I toss it?

TOSS IT

It's edible, but it just won't taste quite as good as if you had cooked it when it was fresh. Just rinse it off well, make sure there's no slimy bits & pull off any extremely soft/limp bits. Then steam it or add it soup or stir-fry...whatever your plans were for it. :)

It will be fine as long as there is no fungus growing on it, but it won't taste the same. Kale gets bitter as it ages. Up to you.

Hello

Yes it should be ok, next time store it in the fridge as it stays fresher for longer.

Put it in some iced water for a while - it will probably perk up.
