How much weight did you gain, when you stopped being a veggie?!

Question: How much weight did you gain, when you stopped being a veggie?
first of all i have been a vegie for almost 2 years
im 15, almost 16 and im 5ft2 and i weigh 9stone 6!!!!! i have gained alot of weight since i went veggie.

if i quit i have heard that you can gain 20 pounds+! is this true of because they did not 'quit right' i need to loose weight.

im the only veggie in my family now and i feel awkward now.
and if i do stop being veggie when is a good time to start.

im also worried about if being a veggie will effect relationships,i have never had a boy friend before.

IT'S ALL IN THE CALORIES CONSUMED.

The fact that you are a vegetarian does not directly correlate to weight gain. It is from the amount of calories you eat. It is within any diet to gain or loose weight. Simply by changing to that does does not mean you will do either.

As for getting a boyfriend that has to do with you not your diet. Being a vegetarian does not make you prettier, smarter, faster or anything else. Those things are unrelated.

I was a vegetarian about 5 years ago... I weighed 220 pounds. (I'm 6'1) After eating meat, I jumped up to 270 pounds. Now, I'm vegetarian again, and around 250 pounds. (1 year)
