In England, so don't know about Walmart, but there are stores in England I use you could buy from online.

www.lush.co.uk Everything here is handmade, and smells good enough to eat, not too expensive, and delivery cheap enough if you order in bulk. They stock everything from make up to shower gels and shampoos to perfume, and there is alot of choice. Not teste3d on animals at all as all ingredients are plant and mineral based. Highly recommended.

www.drorganic.co.uk Make shampoo and shower gel, but I'd recommend them for their toothpaste, which is the mintiest, nicest tasting veggy one I have found.

Everything is tested on animals.. Companies can say they dont because they just use ingredients that have already been tested.
