What non-vegan products do you use?!

Question: What non-vegan products do you use?
I am vegan. But sometimes I find that I have to use non-vegan products out of desperate need.

If you are vegan do you find that you practically have to use non-vegan products you already have? Do you buy non-vegan products (or just use what you already have and buy vegan going forward)? Have you found any vegan substitutes for your favorite products?

Some vegan products I am looking for are:

Chapstick
Sunscreen for babies

Any suggestions?

The only thing I can think of is maybe soap in public restrooms, and then things like public transit or cars (tires), and such which is pretty unavoidable in modern western society.

It sounds like you're newly vegan. If that's the case, then there's nothing wrong with using up what you have & then buying new vegan versions when you run out. Alternatively, you could also give the products you have to people whom you know will use them & then just buy new. That can be pricey though...to buy everything new all at once.

For lip balm, Crazy Rumors is my favorite brand. Eco Lips is good too, but they only make one vegan one. For sunscreen, I use J/A/S/O/N brand, and I see no reason why it wouldn't be suitable for babies.

Hello

Sad but true, nothing is vegan at all really. From the computer you type on with adhesives made from animals, through driving/public transport splatting animals on the road/in the air, walking treading on insects/ants, reading a book bound with animal glue, using oil from the sea where sea creatures are killed in the process of its production, the list goes on and on and on. Just do your best if you are a vegan and contribute to our animal friends. Nothing and nobody is perfect, and there is nothing worse than somebody on their high horse stating that they are 100%, as there is no such thing in my opinion. Long live our animal friends in every way possible.
