I am a VEGETARIAN for dietary reasons.

My sister struggled with this same dilemma. Finally she decided to become a Flexitarian, meaning you only eat meat on occasion. This would reduce the amount of meat you eat, better for the animals, while at the same time, every ONCE and while you can savor some of you favorite foods.
You can still eat a lot while being a vegetarian for protien : tofu, peanut butter, beans, other nuts, eggs, cheese, and also recently there have been many vergetarian options in grocery stores and restaurants.

Don't listen to Sean.. We aren't supposed to eat meat. That's why we have very long intestines and molars. Sure we have canines, but there's no way we can take down an animal with them. Meat takes 3 days to digest, which rots in your stomach in the process. I loved meat too, but somehow I pushed through it. Just give it a try, and keep your motivation :)

The kind Diet

Dont do it. Humans were ment to eat meat. Anyone who would represent their cause with a video like that is a POS if you ask me

Hi, I know it can be hard to think about giving up foods you like but actually most meals have great tasting vegetarian alternatives. They may taste a bit different at first but I'm sure you'll agree it's worth it to be able to eat guilt-free.

Vegetarian is perfectly healthy, so you don't need to worry about that at all. As long as you eat a balanced diet you can easily still give your body everything it needs.

The foods you mention, burgers and tacos can easily be made vegetarian. Look out for veggie burgers, then add all the same salsa and bread that you used to use and I'm sure it won't taste too different. Tacos can be made with soya mince which honestly is really hard to tell from meat!

You do not have to like salad. Curries, stir-fries, soups, chocolate (!) and so many other lovely foods are completely suitable for vegetarians, so there will still be a lot of great tasting things you can eat.

It may take a bit of effort when you first make the switch, but honestly once you've done it for a while you'll be surprised how simple it is. There are such a lot of tasty vegetarian foods so you won't feel like you're missing out.
You're obviously a caring person to want to do this, I think you'll feel better about yourself if you do what fees right.
