What should I bake for an Autumn Potluck I'm going to tomorrow?!

Question: What should I bake for an Autumn Potluck I'm going to tomorrow?
-Chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting
-Pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese frosting
-Apple cobbler

If you have any other ideas I would love to hear them.

Answers:

Well, darling, you could make the pumpkin spice cake and bring it to my house...I'll volunteer to test it out for you...you know, to make sure it's perfect.

My goodness it sounds amazing.

The other two sound delicious, too...if you want, I'll test those, too, while I'm at it.

I'm always a sucker for anything chocolaty with peanut butter, yum! Though one thing I noticed in potlucks is that everyone brings a desert, if you were designated to bring one then bake away! If not, then you might want to find out what everyone else is making. I am vegan and attended thanksgiving with family and I wanted to contribute something that everyone could enjoy (as well to keep me clear of having turkey). I made the following recipe that is linked down below as a regular sized pot pie and everyone who tried it (I didn't tell people that it was actually healthy for them) loved it! It's also easy and pretty quick to make. One idea on changing the recipe though, is that I halfed the ginger and cumin because the full amount was really strong and used baby onions (the ones you find in the freezer section) instead of sweet onions because there were no sweet onion at the store.... There's also more great tasting and easy recipes found on that site as well. Hope this helps!

Oh, the apple cobbler!
I so adore real apples in any dish.
If I made any suggestions, it would involve chocolate fudge, and that's so full of calories even I would feel guilty to eat it.

I'm in the middle of my own project.
A friend and I are getting ready to make 20 pounds of peanut brittle.
We even shell our own fresh peanuts.
My kitchen will be a disaster before days end.
