Obeytuary: You insult people and then expect them to give you a thumbs-up? Good luck with that! Who's the "ignorant" one? Or, as I suspect, you deliberately insult people, HOPING to get lots of thumbs-down, just so you can point the finger and claim the MHG over the thumbs-downers? Either way, you're about on par with the "infrapontine humanoid caprivores".
To the asker:
I find it hard to believe that it's totally impossible to be a vegan where you live. The only places I can think of where that is the case are polar regions and deserts. I see you posted this in the Filipino Y!A. Plenty of fruit and vegetables available there, and more rice than you can shake a stick at. You just need to do your own cooking. If that's not possible then, by all means, temporarily give up your veganism until you're in a position to move to a more conducive neighbourhood.
Vegan!
Your diet is your decision. I'm not going to try to tell you not to switch back, as so many others already have. I think the best way to get back to an omnivorous diet would be to start incorporating meat broths into your cooking once or twice a week. If you can handle that, try adding small bits of meat to foods you already eat. Depending on how long you've been vegan, you may have to wait a while before you begin eating meat-based dishes again. Sneaking eggs and dairy back in should be done in the same manner. Just do it a little bit at a time, once or twice a week. I would suggest baking them into some sort of dish rather than eating them directly, so that your mind doesn't make you think you're going to be sick. It would probably be better to transition back to eating eggs and dairy before you try to start eating meat again.
Just because you can't by prefab vegan products that allow you to sit back and not have to do anything, doesn't mean you have to give up. There are millions of recipes online that don't call for anything other than what can be found at any local supermarket.
People are always saying how difficult and expensive it can be to cook vegan food. It is easy if you take the time to find new recipes and do some practicing/experimenting. Prefab vegan food is expensive, as is any prefab- heat and eat type of thing. It is so not necessary.
Making a jump from vegan to omnivore again is a HUGE jump. If being vegan isn't working out, you could be vegetarian instead. You could start having eggs and dairy again. I would highly recommend putting more effort into this. Anything worth having is worth working for.
Just start eating meat.
Physically, any "sickness" you will feel is will be mild and temporary. Being biological omnivores, humans don't really lose their ability to eat and digest meat despite what the vegetarian/vegans fanatics and propagandists say with their pseudo science. They don't really care about you, just in keeping you as one of them and thus living your life according to their made up "rules" instead of your own decision. Notice that while many of them parrot the mantra " we don't preach to other people about veganism", all their answers are doing exactly just that, one even insulting you and questioning your intelligence.
If you are referring to being emotionally "sick", that's another matter entirely. Since you probably believed (and maybe still do believe) that eating animals is wrong, that's something you will have to overcome. Some vegans/vegetarians I know who have "made the switch" started with seafood since it is easier to emotionally detach yourself from creatures you don't interact with daily. If you can't handle it. don't force yourself until you get used to the idea.
Or don't switch at all. If you are hungry all the time, then just eat more. If you firmly believed in the reasons why you became a vegan, you don't have to abandon those beliefs just because you get hungry all the time. Just eat more. If the "hunger" is nothing more than craving for the taste/moth fell of meat, then you may want to try those fake meats.
edit: know what you mean by "impossible" because I stay in the Philippines a lot. Most restaurants there have "vegetarian" dishes cooked with seafood or seafood broth or fry "vegetarian" dishes in the same oil used for meat dishes . Most vegetables dishes are sauteed with shrimp and/or pork. the "real" vegetarian restaurants are very expensive. Tofu is often marinated in shrimp or fish brine for flavor and fake meats and alternative "milks (soy, rice, almond etc) are up to three times the price of "regular milk".. Your best option is to buy your food raw and cook it yourself. It is not impossible but it is admittedly extremely difficult. That's why my restaurant there won't serve vegan dishes though we do serve vegetarian. Email me the general area where you live and work and I can give you specific restaurants and food marts where you should be able to get what you need as a vegan. But vegetarian diet might be your better option. By the way, my wife's friend Gina Lopez, (from the ABS CBN family) used to be a vegan, became a vegetarian and is now an omni because of the same difficulties in being a vegan and she's a freakin billionaire with far more resources than most people.
Is that really worth your health? I would say only eat flesh foods once every 2 days for 2 weeks and then play it by ear. As far as the milk goes, good luck with that. Your body will probably reject it :/
I'm just wondering what makes it so hard? There are plenty of hardy foods to be made on a vegan diet. Load yourself up on beans, potatoes, rice and pastas if you are needing comfort foods. Maybe you aren't eating enough or restricting your veggies to boring or bland things. You can make tons of soups and your body will thank you in the long run! :D
Where do you live? What non animal products are plentiful in your area? Check out these vegan sites

It is sad to see you want to go back to eating meat. Try looking at some of those websites. There are so many things you can do. I find I am never hungry. Right now I am experimenting with different soups especially since it is getting cold. Don't give up yet. If you do go back to being ovo-lacto.
Vegan
Unless you live somewhere where there isn't a grocery store, I highly doubt it is impossible.
Vegan
Meat is food. Humans are omnivores. We can eat and digest meat just fine. So that being said, just start eating it if you so desire. You will not get sick.
JUST EAT IT!!!!
meat is amazing... wow
