Does anyone else love tofu scramble?!

Tofu scramble is my favorite breakfast ever.

i love tofu grew up on it really. discovered scramble tofu as a egg substitute back in around 2005 and love that too.
i even got some of my friends and my husband to change their minds about tofu.
now every so often my husband will say "when are we having tofu!?" if we havent had it in a while. lol

I've had it served to me once or twice but prefer scrambled eggs. I'm a vegetarian but one that refrains from eating meats rather than a "true" or lacto-ovo vegan. So I eat eggs and love them with grits, fresh fruit, coffee and Morningstar's fake bacon.

i hate tofu i almost never eat it.

Mmmm tasty. I love it with brown rice, chickpeas, and hot sauce on a bed of lettuce.
